5K All The Way
I did it! I ran a 5K (3miles) this morning. I did it in 33:34 that is a 10:48 per mile, I was 22nd overall, and 2nd in my division, and 11 participated in my division. I'm quite proud of myself today.

congrats on the race! that's awesome. keep up the running. and i hear you on the diet thing. i first need to get rid of all the candy the boys got!
